Connecting

"Switch to Robinhood Chain" won't go away Your wallet is on another network. Switch it to Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663) inside the wallet.

Phantom does nothing when I mint, vote or unlock Phantom only uses networks you've switched on. Go to Settings → Active Networks and turn on Robinhood Chain, then try again. Also make sure you're using Phantom's 0x address, not the Solana one.

Scanning a QR code or using a mobile wallet fails Use a browser-extension wallet, or open capitalpress.io in your mobile wallet's built-in browser.

I get signed out Sessions last 30 days and belong to one wallet. Switching accounts in your wallet signs the old one out. Press Sign in with wallet again; it's a free signature.

Unlocking

"You need … USDG on Robinhood Chain to unlock this press" The wallet doesn't hold enough USDG on Robinhood Chain. USDG on another network doesn't count.

It asks for a transaction the first time That's the one-time USDG approval, and it needs a little ETH for gas. Every unlock after it is two free signatures.

"This wallet has no ETH on Robinhood Chain to pay the gas fee" Add a small amount of ETH on Robinhood Chain. You need it for the first unlock, for votes and for minting.

I signed the first payment and the second failed Press Unlock again. The fee you already paid is remembered, so only the second signature is asked for.

Was I charged twice? No. The two signatures are the two parts of one price: 10% and 90%.

"You've already unlocked this press" That wallet already owns it. Sign in with the same wallet and the full text opens.

Publishing

"Publishing isn't open yet" or "The audit agent is temporarily unavailable" Your draft is saved. Try again a little later.

The audit says "Needs changes" Fix each listed point and press Save and audit again. Issues marked blocker must be fixed; note items are optional.

The mint is slow If the transaction was sent but hasn't confirmed, the button changes to Finish publishing. Pressing it again never mints twice. You can follow the transaction with the View the mint transaction link.

"That mint points to a different press" The identity you minted has a different metadata URL. Mint from the press's own page so the right URL is used.

I edited an approved press and the mint button vanished Any edit sends the press back through the audit. Audit it again, then mint.

Draft with AI

"You've used today's AI drafts" The limit is five per wallet per day. You can still write the press yourself.

There are no News angles No relevant headline about that company appeared in the last 48 hours. Use the Price or Company angle, or pick another token.

The site

"Updating to the latest version" The site was updated while your tab was open. It reloads itself once. If it doesn't, reload the page.

"We couldn't reach Robinhood Chain just now" A temporary network problem. Check your connection and try again.
